& CONDITIONS

1.1. Upon purchasing a license, DIMENSION MUSIC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the music for the purpose specified in the license agreement.
 1.2. The license allows for use in [specific platforms or regions, such as global digital distribution or local use in New Zealand], as defined in your agreement.
 1.3. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the music without prior written permission unless your license explicitly allows this.

Personal Use License: For non-commercial use, such as personal projects, online content, and social media.
2.2. Commercial License: For use in business projects, including advertisements, films, or digital content meant for profit.
2.3. Broadcast License: For use in TV, radio, or other broadcast mediums.

You are prohibited from altering the music in a way that misrepresents the original artist or violates intellectual property rights.
3.2. The licensed music cannot be used in illegal, defamatory, or harmful content, nor can it be used in a way that could damage the reputation of DIMENSION MUSIC or the artists involved.

All rights to the music remain the property of DIMENSION MUSIC or the original content creators. The license grants usage rights but does not transfer owners

All payments are due at the time of purchase.
5.2. Refunds are only provided in the case of technical issues where the license could not be delivered or used as intended.

DIMENSION MUSIC reserves the right to terminate a license if any of these terms are violated. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the licensed music.

DIMENSION MUSIC is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the licensed music, including but not limited to technical issues, third-party claims, or loss of business.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of New Zealand.
